Chris Pomeroy

At the age of 8 years old Chris Pomeroy calmly announced to his mother "I just wanted you to know I am going to move to New York City." At that point, the only "city" he had ever lived in was Gainesville, Florida. He never wavered from his plan and at 19 stepped off a plane and fulfilled a dream.

Since then, his love of the city and everything it has to offer has taken him from a walk-up in the East Village, a glass high rise on the Upper East Side, to a loft with a roof garden in Chelsea. He is deeply devoted to New York City and constantly walks it to understand it's change and growth.

After several years in luxury sales, it was a quick progression to a successful career in marketing, working with Bacardi, General Motors and The New Yorker. Hollywood soon beckoned, or at least Hollywood-on-the-Hudson, and he went to work as head of PR and marketing for one of the top artist management companies in the entertainment business. A tireless work ethic, an appreciation for teamwork, and an ability to truly understand the needs of clients paid off asChris was able to be part of a rapidly growing company that counts some of the most recognizable names in film, television and theater among its roster.

A long and devoted love affair with real estate became much more after he bought a house in upstate New York. Chris realized this was his true calling, hit the ground running and hasn't looked back since. A unique understanding of real estate in Manhattan as well as the magnificent Hudson Valley means that he can help you not only find the downtown loft of your dreams but also a place to chill on the weekends.

Always available to both clients and customers, his personal motto is never say no when he truly believes the answer should be yes.
